Here are some steps you can take to make a better life for yourself.

  1. Create a detailed image of your ideal person in your mind, include their lifestyle and all the conditions you can imagine.
  2. Imagine the daily routine of this person, write it out and then live it in your mind as much as it is practicable until you internalize their habits.
  3. Externally, as much as is practical, act in accordance with the image of the person you have imagined and you will find that with time you will become your ideal person.

Self belief is the cornerstone of success. Without self belief we can achieve nothing. Remember, the most important opinion of yourself belongs to you.
